About Cameron Elementary School Volunteers
Serve with CCC at Cameron Elementary!
Christ Community Church has proudly partnered with Cameron Elementary School since 2019, showing Christ’s love in practical and meaningful ways. There are many opportunities for you to get involved—whether you have an hour a week or just an occasional afternoon to spare.
Ways You Can Serve:
- In the Classroom: Work with small reading groups or provide one-on-one support to help students thrive.
- Teacher Assistance: Help with laminating, cutting, organizing, or other clerical tasks to lighten a teacher’s load.
- Library Support: Volunteer your time to help in the school library.
- Monthly “Blessings”: Join in our once-a-month encouragement project for teachers and staff. Each month, you’ll receive a text with that month’s theme—then simply drop off your contribution at my house, and I’ll deliver it. Past “Blessings” have included stocking the teachers’ drink pantry, providing a Thanksgiving soup and salad meal, sharing Christmas treats, and more.
- Special Projects: Every month during the school year, we take meals and snacks to the staff. We also pitch in with projects like painting, landscaping, cleaning, and administrative help.
